What you wanna do?
4 and 1 make steel
4 and 1 make fire
with the 4 and1 we’ll have some fun
get everything that we desire
4 and1 make love
4 and 1 make war
with the 4 and 1 you gotta watch someone
those grabbers gonna wanna come n get what’s yours
but it’s yours!
What?! You think you can do better than this?
Look at this finely crafted organic machine! This superb example
Of what trial and error can accomplish in millions of years!
Feast on the fruit of labors not your own. Take advantage, use it, it’s yours!
A gift from a blind, brilliant and ancient artisan.
And stop fucking with it
4 and 1 build up
4 and 1 tear down
with all these 4 and 1s under the same damn sun
gonna tear this shit down to the ground
What you wanna do?
Allow me to copy Pagan Altar's third album title to describe not only III:Pentecost but the whole discography of Wytch Hazel so far: well, yes, it's Magical and Mythical!!! A must-have for the lovers of 70's hard sound revival. BoneWalker
I came accross Black Curse, and their first demo, on Greg Biehl / No Gleaming Light YT channel in late 2019 and a bit later, in 2020, as it was covid, a whole lot of time was spent at home listening to music.
In April 2020, I took a slap in my face. The songs that were already on the demo, with the new production here were so insane, it dragged me to hell. Black Curse is definitely one of the most violent band I listened in the last years. Next-level Black-Death metal for sure ! drs_dramm
This rhythm-forward record from Italian producer Markeno allows songs to stretch out to epic length, building more with each minute. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 29, 2022
Duck your head when you're passing through the intersection of Retro Prog and Tech Thrash, lest you get clapped by the Hammers of Misfortune. Great stuff, and spooky. The more I'm listening the more I find myself fixating on the weird phased vocals and the scrabbly picking patterns in the guitars. Really interesting. Ghuughra
